Amplified music is permitted during approved event hours at respectful sound levels in accordance with local sound ordinances.

Included: Existing estate sound system access.

To preserve the beauty and spirit of the estate, the following requirements apply:

  • $2,000,000 event liability insurance policy required 

  • Professional event coordination required for events over 50 guests 

  • Security staff required for events over 50 guests 

  • Portable restrooms required for events over 50 guests 

  • Parking or shuttle coordination required for events over 50 guests 

  • Vendors must be licensed and insured

Rental items including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, dance floors, and additional restroom facilities are not included. Clients may choose any fully licensed and insured vendor.
