 1. Acceptance of Terms   

By booking a tour with Cash Mountain Ranch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

 2. Booking and Payment   

- All bookings must be made in advance, and payment is required at the time of booking.  

- Prices are subject to change, but once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain unchanged.

 

 3. Refund Policy  

- Cash Mountain Ranch does not offer refunds for any purchased tickets.  - If you cannot attend your booked tour, we will gladly reschedule you for an upcoming tour date. Rescheduled tour date must be within 6-months of originally scheduled tour. The full value of your original tour ticket will be applied towards your rescheduled tour ticket of equal or greater value. Tickets are non-refundable.  

 

 4. Weather Policy   

- Tours may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or road conditions that impact safety.  - If a tour needs to be rescheduled, you will be informed as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a new date.

 

5. Accessibility / Parking Information  

- Guests are requested to park in our lower lot, which requires navigating stairs or a long driveway to reach the ranch.  - For those who may need assistance, we do have a golf cart available to transport guests from the lower lot to the ranch. Please let us know in advance if you will need assistance so that our staff can provide the necessary support.

 

 6. Tour Duration  

- Please note that our tours are designed to last **2 hours**. We appreciate your understanding that while you may wish to stay longer, we have a schedule to maintain, including other tours, and our hosts need time to prepare for their next engagements.

 

7. Photography 

- Cash Mountain Ranch may take photographs during the tours for promotional purposes.  - Guests are permitted to take photos during the tour. However, no products, advertising materials, or influencer content may be sold or displayed using the Cash Mountain Ranch property without prior written consent. Cash Mountain Ranch reserves all rights to the property and any related intellectual property.

 

8. Conduct  

- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.  

- We kindly ask that you do not touch or remove anything from the property, as it is important to preserve our historic home for the enjoyment of future guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

9. Merchandise   

- Cash Mountain Ranch offers a selection of merchandise, including t-shirts and honey , typically priced between $20 and $25.  - We kindly ask that guests bring cash if they wish to purchase any of our latest merchandise during their visit.  

 

10. Liability Waiver   

- By participating in the tour, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks involved and agree to release Cash Mountain Ranch and its employees from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur. Please find lability waiver that must be signed prior to your tour 

 

  11. Modifications   

- Cash Mountain Ranch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be informed of any significant changes prior to their tour date.
